It is 1762. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The governor, a man by the name of John Penn, rushes across town to the home of Benjamin Franklin. It’s in the early in the morning, recorded as 2 AM. The governor is frightened. He needs help. There’s a mob closing on Philadelphia to kill Native Americans.
